Brisbane Domestic Violence Service – Micah Projects is seeking a Men’s Program Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of their men’s perpetrator intervention programs. You will be responsible for incoming referral assessment, facilitation of at least one program a week, support of the program’s contracted facilitators, responding to non-compliance, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, record keeping, and data collection for reporting purposes.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours of work available per week and is classified under the SCHADS Award as a Level 5.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills & experience:
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Domestic and Family Violence Act 2012 and understanding of obligations as a prescribed entity under the legislation and the dynamics of domestic and family violence.
• Demonstrated understanding of a gendered analysis of domestic and family violence and links with gender equality.
• Experience facilitating Men’s DFV programs highly recommended
• Positive Notice Working with Kids Blue Card.
• Evidence of COVID-19 Fully Vaccinated Status.
• Current Drivers Licence.
