Domestic Family Violence Worker (Stopping Family Violence) (Facilitator) (Cairns)

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Practitioner for a permanent part-time position (52.5 hours a fortnight) in our Stopping Family Violence program in Cairns. This role focuses on facilitating group sessions for men who use violence and promoting safety for clients and their families. You will also provide individual counselling as needed and develop community education programs to raise awareness about the impacts of domestic and family violence. Your work will play a crucial role in addressing and preventing family violence, contributing to the safety and well-being of individuals and families in the Cairns region.
