We are beyond proud to be implementing and delivering Diverse Choices, a landmark LGBTQIA+ Sistergirl and Brotherboy domestic violence behaviour intervention group program, the Senior Behaviour Change Facilitator will be a fundamental part of the Diverse Choices team.

The Senior Behaviour Change Facilitator will be responsible for co-facilitating the Diverse Choices behaviour change program with the Behaviour Change Facilitator, as well as working collaboratively with the Partner Advocate. The program will be delivered both during the day, and at least one evening per week. It is a 16-week program based on the Duluth Model.

In this role you will use your knowledge of current theory and practice related to domestic and family violence, using a queer lens and trauma-informed approach to provide support to LGBTQIASB+ people using violence in partner relationships.

This role is advertised until 8th June, however we will interview if suitable applicants are identified prior to the closing date, so would encourage people to apply as soon as possible.
