Aimed at psychologists, social workers and counsellors who don’t work in the specialist DFV sector but who might have clients presenting with this issue. What the evidence base (broadly defined) says about what makes for safe and effective interventions. Particular focus on individual work. Includes considerations for referral to specialist services, legal considerations (e.g. VIOs), and responding to/managing current service limitations in the sector (e.g. men on waitlists).
