Program Details

The Men's Choosing Change (Ipswich) Program (MCC) is located in Ipswich. This program provides the opportunity for men to take responsibility for their use of violence in intimate relationships. It also helps to develop and maintain respectful attitudes and behaviours towards women and within the family dynamic.  Unitingcare Ipswich, works within the program to assist and educate participants and victims to recognise disrespectful, controlling and abusive behaviours, with the aim to assist participants in making the decision have healthier relationships and to 'be and think' different. Using the skills and knowledge from the Men's Choosing Change (Ipswich) Program, participants are encouraged to learn how to develop and maintain healthy relationships. Working with female victims, provides a safe and supportive space to be heard and supported.
